Games I picked up for my collection at the Too Many Games Convention!

These are the things I picked up for myself at
Too Many Games convention. Currently
none of them are for sale.

Finally got a working 3DO gun,
picked up a couple of 3DO and Turbografx 16 games.

A new Bust A Move game is always nice to find.
And my son found the other game called Rave Master,
thought it looked weird and interesting so we picked
it up. Turned out to be not that bad of a game.

This was a door purchase. Only 40 were available for purchase. Makai Island was a Nintendo game that was never released as a US version. So a programmer finished the US version prototype and released it with it's own box, instructions, poster, and offifical cartridge with label.

Dragon Leap is the second installment, after
Dragon Feet, a programmer programmed from the
ground up. I got a chance to talk with the programmer
and had him sign the cart I bought shown below.

Some nice finds and great additions to my collection at great prices.

Don't forget our ongoing Grand Opening Ebay Store ends this Saturday, June 22, at 12:00am. Click the link below to enter the store.

Too Many Games Convention Part 2

Happy Father's Day to all the video game fathers.

So here's the second post with new pictures taken
from Too Many Games convention in Oak's PA. My son and I
really had a great time, found some unique games to try out and
I found myself some collectible items to put on the shelves
in my office. Tomorrow I will post what I picked up for myself.

This Mega Man 8-Bit art is made with all legos.
Pretty impressive, he was not there Friday night.

Someone had a 3D Printer at the convention and they were
printing out video game and geeky stuff out of it. Pretty cool and
wasn't expecting to see this there. And that is what makes this convention fun.

heck out the little molds of Link from
Legend of Zelda they made.

Lots of other different small molds.

This was pretty incredible, a custom Nintendo car.
When I saw this I thought to myself, if there was a modern
car that looked like a car from Mario Kart this would be it!
You can see the one who owns this won some trophy's too.

The detail inside is very creative. See the cartridge holding slots,
not sure if they play something or if they are just holders.

So awesome, I loved that they made the amps look like Thwomps
and a Mario pipe as a woofer enclosure.

And here are some pictures of some more games. There was an insane
amount of games at the convention. The rarest stuff can be easily found here.

Tournament schedule. Lots of people playing in tournaments all over.
I watch the Injustice one and I never noticed the game, been too
busy to try it out. Have to say the tournament players made it
look like an awesome game!

This sword was the most expensive thing I saw at the convention. I can't remember most of the story I was told on it. All I can say is Nintendo made one of these for a kid that won some crazy contest. It cost $12,000 to make and has had 3 owners so far, only taken out once for display, and until this convention only a couple of pictures of it exist on the internet. The guys from combopoint.com are selling it for around $24,000. It's one of a kind and Ultra collectible piece made of bronze and opals. I was really blown away by this thing. Some more picture below of other highly colectbale items these guys had.

It was a great time at the convention. I've decided next year I am going to get a table there. So look out for All Things Video Games to be at Too Many Games convention next year!!

but for today and for this week only until Saturday don't forget to check out our Grand Opening Sale in our Ebay store!! Click the link below to enter the store and save on some great video games that are marked down from already great prices!!

Too Many Games Convention in Oaks, PA Part 1

Here are some pictures from Too Many Games
convention in Oaks, PA. The Convention is from June 14-16.

Booth with lego sprites characters from all different video games.
And next to that booth an artist that draws retro paints, he does some really great work.
I'm going to check out prices tomorrow and maybe get something for the office.

Lots of different video game and anime figurines, dvd's and other misc toys.

Video Games! Didn't really get a lot of good shots of video games

Just in!

So today wasn't a total loss. Found a few games
shown in the pictures below. Also got a regular NES system
not shown.
I usually don't pick up Xbox games. However, these games
looked worthy to take a chance on and they are in great condition.

Best find of the day! Maniac Mansion with box (no manual).
This is going in the collection until I find a better copy.
